Thailand took representatives from 17 countries and media to the Poipet border, alleging several local buildings were linked to cross-border scams.

On the morning of November 19, Thai authorities organized a delegation of representatives from 17 countries, joined by international and local media, for a visit to the Thai–Cambodian border at Poipet. The Thai side pointed out several buildings, alleging that the sites were suspected of involvement in cross-border telecommunications fraud.
