These areas include Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Prey Veng, Kandal, Takeo, Svay Rieng and Phnom Penh. No rain was forecast.\nHighland areas were forecast to range from 20°C to 29°C, with light northeasterly and easterly winds. They include Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri and the Dangrek–Cardamom mountain ranges. No rain was expected.\nCoastal areas were forecast to range from 20°C to 30°C, with northeasterly and southeasterly winds. These include Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep and the Bokor range.
