The platform announced a temporary closure of all offline outlets, with services expected to resume on January 5, 2026, and urged users to follow official notices rather than unofficial withdrawal claims.

Huione announced the immediate suspension of all its physical outlets, with normal service expected to resume on January 5, 2026. It reminded users to rely on official customer service and announcements, and to beware of unofficial claims about "internal quotas" or "accelerated withdrawals" to avoid scams.
Amid external market fluctuations, Huione (HUIONE), a platform widely used by Chinese residents in Cambodia, has recently faced a large number of withdrawal requests within a short period. To safeguard funds and keep payouts orderly, it released a Deferred Payout Plan, introducing phased delays to address short-term liquidity pressure and avoid the risks of a concentrated run on withdrawals.
According to Huione's announcement, the plan follows two core principles: a pledge that users will ultimately receive "every last cent" through full repayment, and efforts to offset inconvenience through returns compensation where possible. It offers two arrangements: a new 18-month high-yield financial product with an annualized return of 18 percent and a total return of 27 percent at maturity, allowing monthly interest withdrawals; and, for users who do not join the new product, a baseline payout arrangement permitting withdrawal of six percent of the balance each month from June 2026 through April 2027, with the remainder paid in May 2027. The platform stressed that this was an emergency measure rather than a policy change.
Although the app's removal from app stores and longer withdrawal queues have attracted attention, some core platform functions remain available. Industry observers said payout execution at Huione, a platform frequently used by Chinese residents in Cambodia, remained a key concern and actual progress needed continued observation. Jian Dan Wang said it would continue to follow developments and official updates.
