From December 14, donors carrying food and essential supplies to displaced people in Koh Kong may use the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway without paying tolls, under cooperation between the transport ministry and the expressway company.

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has worked with the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway company to allow all donors to use the expressway without paying tolls when transporting food and essential supplies for displaced people in Koh Kong province. The arrangement takes effect from December 14 onwards.
