Cambodia’s Interior Ministry likewise claimed that Thai F-16s flew more than 70 kilometres into Cambodian territory and dropped two bombs near a displaced people’s camp in Srei Snam, Siem Reap. The Defence Ministry spokesperson also said Thai forces had continued attacks on Cambodian forces with artillery, cluster bombs and bomb-dropping drones from 4 a.m. on December 15, 2025. By 12:56 p.m., Thai forces had used drones to release large quantities of toxic smoke along the border in Sangkum Thmei and Ek Pheap villages, Thma Da commune, Veal Veng district. At the same time, they used F-16s and bomb-dropping drones against Prey Chan and Poiy Samraong villages, Ou Beichoan commune and the Boeung Trakuon area, and continued shelling the Chok Chey village area.
