Sub-decree 952 of November 26, 2025 reappointed Long Dimanche as Preah Sihanouk deputy governor for a second term in the same jurisdiction, following his initial appointment in late 2021.

The Cambodian government reappointed Long Dimanche, holding the civil-service rank of senior official, grade 6, as deputy governor of Preah Sihanouk for a second term in the same jurisdiction, according to Sub-decree 952 dated November 26, 2025.
In late 2021, the Cambodian government during the National Assembly’s sixth legislature appointed him deputy governor of Preah Sihanouk.
