The March 3 account listed 174 computers, 70 CPUs, 233 phones and nine Starlink sets; authorities planned legal processing and repatriation.

On March 3, Myanmar military forces raided a hotel in Tachileik, eastern Shan State, targeting an alleged illegal online-fraud and gambling operation. They detained 393 foreign nationals: 297 Chinese, 38 Malaysians, 57 Vietnamese and one Filipino woman.
Authorities seized equipment including 174 computers, 70 CPUs, 233 mobile phones and nine Starlink sets, which they identified as being used for transnational online gambling and fraud.
Myanmar authorities said they would initiate legal repatriation procedures to hand those involved back to their respective countries and systematically destroy the seized equipment to prevent further criminal use.
