The Labour Ministry says industrial and service employers in Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot and Kep had 4,090 openings as of March 14, 2026, for returnees from Thailand and other jobseekers.

Cambodia’s Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training says more than 4,000 job opportunities are available in the four coastal provinces of Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot and Kep for workers returning from Thailand and other people seeking employment.
The ministry said that, as of March 14, 2026, the four provinces had a total of 4,090 industrial and service-sector vacancies awaiting applications from returnees and other jobseekers.
Returning workers and other applicants can consult the ministry’s detailed recruitment leaflets for factory names, contact numbers and sectors of interest. Besides contacting factories and enterprises directly, all jobseekers, particularly returning migrant workers, can call the 1297 hotline for help from the ministry in finding work.
