Construction of Preah Sihanouk’s new administration building had reached preparations for equipment installation. On the morning of March 16, 2026, Governor Mang Sineth met the construction company in the provincial council building’s meeting room to review interior equipment arrangements. Relevant officials and specialists also attended.
