A reported April 3–4 operation involved 153 Chinese nationals with cases concerning online scams, unlawful residence or unauthorised work.

Cambodia’s General Department of Immigration reportedly cooperated with the Chinese embassy in a deportation operation from the evening of April 3 into the early hours of April 4.
The operation reportedly expelled 153 Chinese nationals, including one woman, in cases concerning cross-border online scams, unlawful residence and unauthorised work. They were returned to China aboard a Chinese-arranged charter flight through Siem Reap Angkor International Airport.
