The mines were remnants of warfare before 1998.\nCMAC Director-General ហេង រតនា said the team had gathered information and searched along a line of anti-tank mines laid during the war to locate the two devices. The farmland had been ploughed and cultivated since 1996. He described the absence of an explosion as a one-in-a-million escape from disaster, warning that if a tractor or truck had detonated the mines, the machinery could have been destroyed and people killed, with no survivors.\nBy: ង៉ែត ពិសាន្ត","contentScope":"full","proof":{"publishedSourceRevision":"1","publishedWorkingVersionId":"12801","languageVersionId":"5563","visibilityVersion":"2","versionToken":"a1.up0To6xtimIShebLqgeAwDiHHhsn37A40bkHSFbFqwg"},"availableLocales":["zh","en","km"],"attributes":{"sourceLocale":"km","translationKind":"machine","nodeId":"12","authorText":"","sourceName":"KPS99TV"},"references":[],"links":[],"publishedAt":"2026-07-15T17:02:27Z"}
