Check your vehicle before departure and keep expressway assistance contacts handy.

Before travelling, check brakes, tyres, lights, fuel and battery charge. Follow signs and speed limits, keep a safe distance and avoid stopping in the emergency lane.
For service information or emergency assistance on the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway: 1399, 092 33 1399 or 098 33 1399. General transport enquiries: 1275.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport states that motorcycles may use the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway only if they have an engine capacity of at least 500 cc or a motor power of at least 27 kW, and display a permit sticker issued by the ministry.
