On October 21, 2026, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation Hem Vanndy chaired an inter-ministerial meeting to define measurement methods and targets for strengthening links between enterprises receiving foreign direct investment and domestic suppliers.
These linkages are measured through Key Performance Indicator 32, whose implementation the ministry leads. The ministry also leads implementation of Indicator 30, among the 39 indicators under Phase One of the Pentagonal Strategy. By ស្រីពី.
