News Editor

Responsibilities

  • Plan news topics, collect information, write and edit scripts, review copy and coordinate programme content.
  • Participate in the planning and production of news programmes, special features and new media content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above; majors in journalism, communication, Chinese language, broadcasting or television directing are preferred.
  • Strong writing ability, news judgment and logical communication skills.
  • Familiar with news gathering and editing workflows, able to write and edit independently.
  • Experience in media, integrated media or related roles is preferred.

Post-production Editor

Responsibilities

  • Edit, package, color grade, subtitle and process audio for news, features, columns and promotional videos.
  • Support programme post-production and deliver final broadcast-ready files.

Requirements

  • College degree or above; majors in film production, digital media, broadcasting or television directing are preferred.
  • Proficient with Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and related tools.
  • Good sense of visual rhythm and aesthetics.
  • Able to work to production schedules; television or short-video production experience is preferred.

Presenter / Host

  • Host and appear on news, features, events and interview programmes, and conduct related field interviews.
  • Participate in programme planning, script preparation and studio or field recording.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above; majors in broadcasting and hosting, journalism or communication are preferred.
  • Standard Mandarin, professional appearance and strong on-camera presence.
  • Strong verbal organisation, live response and communication skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency certificate or hosting, on-camera or interview experience is preferred.

Camera Operator

  • Shoot news interviews, features, events and programme footage.
  • Complete filming, material organisation and on-site technical support according to programme needs.

Requirements

  • College degree or above; majors in photography, film production, broadcasting or television are preferred.
  • Familiar with camera equipment and basic skills in composition, lighting and audio capture.
  • Strong on-site execution and teamwork.
  • Able to adapt to field reporting, event filming and flexible schedules; media camera experience is preferred.

General Requirements

  • Comply with laws and regulations, demonstrate integrity, professional ethics and teamwork.
  • Show passion for broadcasting, television and news communication, with strong responsibility and execution.
  • Possess the professional skills, communication and coordination abilities required by the role.
