Prey Nob gendarmerie base expands cultivation and completes second vegetable harvest
On January 9, Major Men Vanna led Prey Nob’s gendarmerie base personnel in expanded cultivation and a second harvest of naturally grown vegetables to improve daily meals, reduce costs and supplement existing rations.

Following the guidance and attention to production work of Preah Sihanouk provincial gendarmerie commander Brigadier-General Heng Bunty, Major Men Vanna, commander of the Prey Nob district gendarmerie base, led his personnel on January 9, 2026, in expanding cultivation and carrying out the unit’s second harvest of naturally grown vegetables. The work was intended to improve troops’ daily meals, reduce expenditure and ease living conditions by supplementing their existing rations.
