Koh Rong city: On February 19, 2026, Tea Vichit arranged the transfer of a foreign woman injured in an accident in Koh Rong to a hospital in Preah Sihanouk for emergency care. He was chair of the local party committee of the province’s waterborne tourist-transport agency.
His team took the woman safely by speedboat to Sihanoukville’s tourist pier, followed by a transfer in an ambulance belonging to his GTVC company for emergency treatment at a hospital in Preah Sihanouk province. By: Pai Sokhim.
