Preah Sihanouk: On the morning of February 25, 2026, officers from the Khmer National Identity Card Office worked with Sihanoukville municipal police at Hun Sen Mittapheap High School, Ou 2, to help students of identity-card age and teachers complete application procedures, bringing services closer to residents, especially young people.
The activity followed guidance from General Sar Thet, National Police Commissioner-General, and Lieutenant General Sar Ratha, Deputy Commissioner-General and Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police Commissioner.
It aimed to help students whose studies left little time to travel to an identity-card office and prepare documentation needed for education and other administrative matters.
The service was scheduled for two full days, February 25–26, 2026. By: Pai Sokhim.
