Prey Nob district governor I Tharin said Dy Sokhithikhayuko Hun Manit, head of the clean-water well fund (Hun Neang and Dy Pok; Bun Seang Ly and Lin Kry), and the team handed over ten wells to residents of Tuek L’ak commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk.
