Residents and male and female workers began returning to their hometowns in Kratie province on free public buses for traditional Khmer New Year. On Sunday morning, April 12, 2026, ម៉ែន វណ្ណា, Director of the Provincial Administration, and សួន ដានី, Director of the Provincial Department of Labour and Vocational Training, welcomed the residents and workers travelling home on the free service for the 2026 celebrations.
