According to the report, Preah Sihanouk provincial governor Mang Sineth attended a weekly meeting through Zoom on the morning of April 22, 2026, to follow progress in combating technology-enabled fraud. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sar Sokha.
The report says participants included secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, directors-general and deputy directors-general under the Ministry of Interior, as well as relevant capital and provincial police representatives.
