On the morning of 3 July 2026, Commerce Minister ចម និម្មល presided over the official inauguration of a Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Cambodia, featuring luxury Range Rover and Defender vehicles under the exclusive distribution rights of HGB Prime Co., Ltd.
The event was attended by Commerce Ministry leaders; ង៉ូវ លាងហួត, head of HGB Prime Co., Ltd.; Garth Turnbull, Jaguar Land Rover’s managing director for Asia-Pacific; representatives of the British embassy in Cambodia; and Cambodian and international businesspeople and guests.
The minister congratulated HGB Prime on the achievement and warmly welcomed Jaguar Land Rover’s entry into the Cambodian market through its partnership with the company.
She said investment and the expanding presence of global luxury vehicle brands reflected international investors’ confidence in Cambodia’s political stability, economic growth and favourable business environment.
The opening of the showroom not only broadened choices for local customers but also signalled growth in the luxury vehicle market and Cambodia’s potential to attract investment from international companies.
