Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor Mang Sineth attended a plenary Cabinet meeting on the morning of July 24, 2026, chaired by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet to discuss and consider three agenda items. Ministers from relevant ministries and institutions, as well as numerous leaders from the capital and other provincial administrations, also attended.
The three agenda items submitted for discussion and consideration at the plenary Cabinet meeting were:
1. A draft report on the 2025 annual monitoring and review of the implementation of the Royal Government’s National Strategic Development Plan during the seventh legislature of the National Assembly.
2. A progress report on the water resources sector and measures to prepare for the El Niño phenomenon.
3. A progress report on the implementation of the campaign against online scams, and other matters.
