Reminder: Military service application forms available tomorrow—what documents must citizens prepare?

Once again, the National Committee for Military Service Obligation informs Cambodian citizens aged 18 (eighteen) to 25 (twenty-five) that the National Committee for Military Service Obligation will begin distributing application forms and receiving applications to fulfill military service in accordance with the Law on Military Service Obligation:
1. Dates and Times
- Distribution of application forms: from October 1 to October 9, 2026
- Receipt of applications: from October 10 to October 15, 2026
Morning: from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Afternoon: from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
2. Locations for Collecting Forms and Submitting Applications
At the Military Service Obligation Committee of the city, district, or Khan where applicants reside (Royal Gendarmerie base of the city, district, or Khan).
3. Required Accompanying Documents
Applicants must bring original documents or photocopies (as required) to present to the competent officials when collecting and submitting applications, including:
- Cambodian national identity card
- Residence book or family book
- Birth certificate or certification letter from the commune/Sangkat administration.
