On October 6, 2026, Sok Soken, Cambodia’s Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting at the ministry’s headquarters to discuss citizens’ complaints, attended by relevant leaders and officials.
At the meeting, the leadership reported in detail on progress in examining and investigating the complaints, with the aim of gathering comprehensive information and key inputs to support their proper resolution.
The minister instructed relevant leaders and officials to continue examining and resolving the complaints thoroughly, based on the principles of legality, transparency, justice and accountability. He called for faster procedures and resolution mechanisms in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and the ministry’s S4P4 Strategy, to ensure justice and transparency and strengthen public confidence in the Ministry of Inspection’s complaint-resolution mechanisms.
