Preah Sihanouk Province: Following the regular instructions of His Excellency Lieutenant General Sor Ratha, Deputy General Commissioner and Provincial Police Commissioner of Sihanoukville, on October 15, 2026, the administrative-police post forces across the province carried out key missions in their localities to disseminate laws and prevent crimes. The administrative-police posts of Sangkat 4, along with Kaev Phos, Tuek Reka, Sameakki, Ta Nai, Samrong, Prey Nob, and Ou Bak Rotes communes, conducted outreach on the "Safe Village-Commune-Sangkat" policy, organized public forums, and disseminated Sub-Decree No. 03 on the management of collective residences in order to prevent unlawful residence, irregular rental of houses, and the concealment of online scam activities (Scam).
The law enforcement forces continued regular patrols to prevent all forms of crime, safeguard security, maintain public order, and deliver public services to citizens in a timely manner.
Alongside this, 58 administrative-police personnel were deployed to ensure safety and maintain order at all 29 voter-list inspection and registration offices smoothly and securely. By: Pai Sokhim
