General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, will lead a high-level delegation from the Defence Ministry and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ High Command at the invitation of Lieutenant General ខាំលៀង ឧថាក់កៃសន, Minister of National Defence of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the host of the Cambodia–Laos–Vietnam defence ministers’ meeting.
The invitation states that Lieutenant General ខាំលៀង ឧថាក់កៃសន has invited General Tea Seiha to Vientiane, Laos, on October 13–16, 2025, for the three countries’ defence ministers’ friendship exchange and the closing ceremony of a joint disaster-relief exercise involving the Cambodian, Lao and Vietnamese armed forces.
The Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister’s participation will reaffirm the longstanding friendship, solidarity and commitment between Cambodia’s Defence Ministry and armed forces and the Lao and Vietnamese people’s armies, with the aim of strengthening relations and deepening defence cooperation.
