On the night of November 11, a damaged enclosure at a crocodile farm in Angkor Chum district, Siem Reap province, allowed 30 crocodiles to escape. Twenty-six have been recaptured, while four remain missing.

Provincial authorities, the disaster management committee and police are searching nearby ponds, canals and rice fields, and have asked residents to report any sightings promptly.
Authorities warned residents to stay away from waters in the affected area and take precautions. Search operations and other safety measures are continuing.
