The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has worked with the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway company to allow all donors to use the expressway without paying tolls when transporting food and essential supplies for displaced people in Koh Kong province. The arrangement takes effect from December 14 onwards.
