Early this morning, passers-by found a woman lying on a Sihanoukville street and called police. Officers arrived, inventoried her belongings and photographed them to establish her identity and circumstances.
The woman subsequently regained consciousness and travelled to hospital for examination by tuk-tuk with help from members of the public. According to the report’s description of passport information visible in scene photographs, she was likely Chinese.
