Chinese technology giant Huawei again stirred the smartphone market by introducing its top foldable flagship, Huawei Mate X7. Its official launch took place in Phnom Penh on the afternoon of January 22, 2026, with guests including the King’s Supreme Privy Counsellor Khieu Kanharith, Club of Cambodian Journalists president Puy Kea, numerous major domestic and international media organisations and well-known KOLs, who came to learn about and experience the new technology.
