Preah Sihanouk: Deputy Governor Min Kompheak advised and encouraged specialist officials and relevant teams to continue paying attention to guidance, strengthening coordination and implementing the directions set by the meeting to improve the effectiveness and quality of local work.
He spoke at a guidance meeting on collecting priority needs, analysing conditions and building the capacity of provincial, municipal, district, commune and sangkat working-team officials on February 10, 2026, at the provincial Planning Department. Participants included provincial councillors, department heads and deputies, provincial-unit representatives, armed forces, deputy municipal and district governors, commune and sangkat chiefs and other relevant officials.
The deputy governor said the meeting sought to explain methods of collecting priority needs and analysing actual conditions and to train officials and teams at all these levels across Preah Sihanouk.
