The Preah Sihanouk provincial administration held a meeting on action against technology-enabled fraud and online scams in the province on the afternoon of March 4, 2026, chaired by Governor Mang Sineth. Participants included the prosecutor, Deputy National Police Commissioner and provincial Police Commissioner Sar Ratha, provincial Military Police Commander Heng Bunthy, municipal and district governors and other officials.
