The Tourism Ministry and Kratie’s provincial administration plan a five-kilometre public fun run for the tenth River Festival in 2026, under the theme “Green River, Cultural Heritage and Abundant Nature.” The run is scheduled for 6 a.m. on March 27, 2026, starting and finishing at the River Festival entrance gate in Kratie.
Domestic and international participants may join free of charge but must register in advance through the QR code by March 24, 2026. The first 1,000 registrants will receive event T-shirts, and all participants will receive drinking water and local snacks. Those who finish while wearing the event shirt will also receive a commemorative krama scarf from the event leaders.
T-shirts will be distributed at Kratie Provincial Hall through March 26, 2026. The ministry invites broad participation to promote Cambodia’s natural and cultural tourism potential. Written by KPS99 TV.
