Techo International Airport Opens Tourism Fair 2026 to Promote Cambodia's Potential

Techo International Airport held the opening ceremony of the "Tourism Fair 2026" on September 23, 2026, under the theme "Together for Tourism." The event runs for five days, through September 27. Oknha Charles Vann, Managing Director of Techo International Airport, confirmed that the fair serves as a platform to showcase Cambodia's tourism identity and potential, featuring culture, history, national heritage, cuisine, beaches, nature-based tourism, community-based tourism, as well as modern tourism products and services. He also described the airport as the starting point of the visitor experience, not merely a gateway for entering and leaving the country.
Oknha Charles Vann noted that the word "together" in the fair's theme carries important meaning regarding contributions from every stakeholder in the tourism sector. He emphasized that the development of this sector requires cooperation among the government, the airport, airlines, hotels, restaurants, tour operators and travel agents, investors, local communities, and related partners. The coordination of these parties will help visitors enjoy a better experience and increase the opportunities for them to return to visit Cambodia again.
At the same time, the Tourism Fair 2026 is also an opportunity to showcase products and services and to connect stakeholders in the tourism sector.
