Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet held a bilateral meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog on the afternoon of October 15 in Azerbaijan, where the two sides exchanged views on relevant issues.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 7th summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Azerbaijan, which Hun Manet attended.
CICA is an important multilateral dialogue and cooperation platform in Asia, aimed at promoting mutual trust, dialogue and cooperation among member states. Hun Manet's attendance at the summit also provided an opportunity for Cambodia to engage with other countries and strengthen bilateral relations.
The specific contents of the talks and whether further cooperation consensus was reached remain to be confirmed by subsequent official information from Cambodia and Israel.
