Siem Reap — On the morning of 4 August 2026, H.E. Mang Sineth, Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, attended the opening of the Good Governance Forum, held within the framework of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) meeting and the 8th ACCSM Plus Three meeting.
The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service, with leaders, senior officials and representatives of ASEAN and ASEAN Plus Three countries in attendance.
