No More Exceptions! Preah Sihanouk Public Order Police Issue Warning Against Using Roadways and Sidewalks for Personal Business

Preah Sihanouk Province: The Public Order Police Office has the honor of informing all citizens, business owners, institution owners, homeowners, and mobile cart vendors throughout Preah Sihanouk Province that authorities have observed that certain individuals continue to engage in inappropriate activities on public property, including: parking vehicles or stopping against the direction of traffic; placing signage, trash bins, tables, chairs, or other materials on roadways and granite-paved pedestrian paths; using public roads and areas surrounding market premises for personal business. These activities have created disorder, undermined public order, caused traffic congestion, and damaged public property.

Therefore, the authorities earnestly appeal and urge everyone to immediately stop all encroachments on roadways and public sidewalks for personal gain. In cases where such activities continue or fail to cease, the authorities will enforce administrative and legal measures without exception.
This measure aims to enhance the aesthetics, cleanliness, and orderliness of Preah Sihanouk tourist city, making it more attractive, safe, and appealing to both domestic and international tourists.
In light of the above, all citizens and business owners are kindly requested to cooperate and implement these measures diligently and with a strong sense of responsibility.
