In practice, on September 26, 2026, His Excellency Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and Head of the Royal Government Working Group based in Preah Sihanouk Province, together with the Royal Government Working Group based in Sihanoukville, directly inspected a new concrete road located in Koh Khyang Village, measuring 305 meters in length and 6 meters in width, which has just been fully completed.
