Project overview and districts

One coastline, three distinct areas

Golden Silver Gulf International Tourism Resort lies on the Ream coast in Preah Sihanouk province, Cambodia. Its layout centres on three areas—Gold Bay, Silver Bay and the freshwater river wharf—with a focus on coastal holidays, ecological leisure and visitor services. The coastline, waterways and land areas connect to create distinct settings across the project.

Location and coastal connections

The project extends along the Ream coast, bringing together coastal spaces, inland water and road connections. The location diagram shows the three areas in relation to the surrounding land and water, providing an overview of their functions and connections.

Gold Bay: coastal stays and leisure

Gold Bay is planned around coastal stays and leisure, with hotels, apartments, coastal villas, dining and recreation arranged along the coast and inland water. Planned ecological parks, golf and water sports complement the accommodation and dining uses.

Silver Bay: ecological experiences and supporting development

Silver Bay is planned around ecological tourism and supporting development, including ecological farming, parks, wellness, education, conferences and leisure. Its layout combines accommodation, community services and a range of supporting uses, connecting ecological and living spaces.

Freshwater river wharf: transfers and visitor services

The freshwater river wharf is planned as a link between road arrivals and water-based excursions, with areas for boat access, parking, ticketing, dining, shopping and accommodation. Waterside landscapes and transfer facilities connect arrival, stopovers and exploration.

Entrance and construction imagery

Images of the approach road, gateway and landscaping, alongside a building and its surrounding site, offer views of different project spaces. The entrance and construction imagery provides a closer look at the arrival setting and architectural scenes.

Explore cooperation through the area plans

Potential cooperation themes include hotel and dining operations, coastal leisure, water-based experiences, ecological tourism and tourism-related commerce, alongside planned wellness, education and visitor services. The areas’ different layouts and functional combinations provide starting points for development, operations and supporting-service partnerships.
