Preah Sihanouk investment sources: location, plans and historical costs
A reading profile of the published provincial guide, distinguishing transport connections, planning periods and historical cost sources from the current status of a particular project.
How to use the provincial source
KPS99TV’s published profile identifies port logistics, tourism, agro-processing and manufacturing as development directions for Preah Sihanouk. This is a reading index to that source, not a list of individual projects confirmed as approved or available for investment.
Connections are not site-specific infrastructure guarantees
The guide identifies the seaport, international airport and Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville Expressway as major connections. For a particular site, check the actual access roads and services to the port, airport and expressway interchanges separately.
Planning periods and operating status
The source distinguishes planning periods for 2025–2030 and 2030–2040. Planned logistics, tourism, industrial or urban functions should not be read as operating facilities or evidence that a specific project is being offered for sale or investment.
Keep the year of historical cost information
The guide refers to a February 2025 business guide containing a 2024 cost survey covering land, premises, utilities, wastewater, labour and communications. Those years remain part of the information. They are not current quotations; obtain written terms for premises, available services and charges from the relevant operator.
Further reading and source dates
The provincial page links to industry, coastal-location, business-registration and QIP document guides, which need to be read for their own dates and purposes. KPS99TV’s provincial guide was first published on 20 October 2026 and lists reference checks dated 19–20 October. This profile uses its published edition read on 27 October; it does not decide the present approval or operating status of an individual project.
