The Cambodian government reappointed Long Dimanche, holding the civil-service rank of senior official, grade 6, as deputy governor of Preah Sihanouk for a second term in the same jurisdiction, according to Sub-decree 952 dated November 26, 2025. In late 2021, the Cambodian government during the National Assembly’s sixth legislature appointed him deputy governor of Preah Sihanouk. By: Chinda Titi
