Speakers included Academician Dr សុខ ទូច, President of the Royal Academy of Cambodia; Dr ដៀប សុផល; Dr មាស នី; ពុយ គា, President of the Club of Cambodian Journalists; Dr ញិល រដ្ឋា; and Dr ស៊ឺន សំ, who served as moderator.
