Phnom Penh: The Royal Academy of Cambodia held a roundtable discussion on “What scenarios are causing the world to lose order today?” on the morning of July 17, 2026, at its headquarters. Speakers included Academician Dr សុខ ទូច, President of the Royal Academy of Cambodia; Dr ដៀប សុផល; Dr មាស នី; ពុយ គា, President of the Club of Cambodian Journalists; Dr ញិល រដ្ឋា; and Dr ស៊ឺន សំ, who served as moderator.
