Preah Sihanouk: On November 2, 2026, So Khon Rithykun, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and head of the Royal Government working group assigned to Prey Nob district, presided over the opening ceremony for the 2026–2027 academic year at Hun Sen Veal Renh High School. The school is located in Veal Renh commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province. Prey Nob district governor E Thearin also attended the ceremony in person.
The ceremony was held with the participation of the deputy director of the provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport, heads of specialist offices, personnel from the three categories of armed forces, teachers, parents and a large number of students.
