Preah Sihanouk Province: On the morning of November 2, 2026, សេង សុខណាក់, Deputy Director of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre, presided over the opening ceremony for the 2026–2027 school year at Ou Chamna Primary and Lower Secondary School in Ou Oknha Heng Sangkat, Kampong Som Municipality, Preah Sihanouk Province.
Speaking at the ceremony, សេង សុខណាក់ said the day marked the opening of a new chapter in acquiring knowledge. He added that education and human resource development provide a firm foundation for the country’s future and development, as a nation’s progress depends primarily on its human resources. For this reason, education remains a top priority to which the Royal Government consistently gives attention and actively commits investment.
The deputy director also conveyed his best wishes and prayed for all teachers and students to enjoy good health, achieve success and obtain excellent academic results in the new 2026–2027 school year. By: Pai Sokhim
