On November 2, 2026, Huot Kheang Veng, Secretary of State at Cambodia’s Ministry of Information and head of Working Group 3 under Subcommittee 3 for the organisation of the 20th Francophonie Summit, chaired a meeting with the working group’s deputy heads and members to define and arrange duties for managing media centre operations.
The meeting was held to prepare for Cambodia’s hosting of the 20th Francophonie Summit and related events in Phnom Penh from November 14 to 16, 2026.
