Preah Sihanouk province: On the afternoon of November 2, 2026, Rear Admiral Mey Dina, Commander of Ream Naval Base, led a delegation from the base’s working team aboard P46C-type naval vessel No. 1143 to attend the 38th experience-review meeting on the 83rd–84th joint patrols.
The important meeting reflects close cooperation between Ream Naval Base of the Royal Cambodian Navy, Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, and the Vietnamese Navy’s Region 5 Command, aimed at further strengthening cooperation to jointly maintain security, safety and public order in the maritime area.
