Fortune magazine recently released its 2026 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Southeast Asia. NagaCorp, the parent company of Cambodia’s NagaWorld, ranked 31st, up 15 places from 46th in 2025.
According to a statement released by NagaCorp, this is its second consecutive year on the list, and it is the only Cambodian company included in the 2026 rankings.
The company said the rankings were based mainly on employee feedback. Its employee Trust Index reached 97% in this year’s assessment, compared with 95% in 2025, reflecting improved employee perceptions of management and the working environment.
The list is jointly produced by Fortune and Great Place To Work, a global workplace-culture assessment organization. It primarily uses anonymous employee surveys to evaluate trust, fair treatment, management communication and workplace culture.
The improved ranking has also made NagaCorp one of the Cambodian companies attracting attention in Southeast Asia this year.
