Large numbers of Cambodians, together with many foreign nationals, gathered for a March for Peace in Phnom Penh on December 18. Their aim was to send a message to the world that Thailand had violated Cambodia’s sovereignty and severely damaged infrastructure since December 7.
The report described Cambodians collectively calling for urgent international intervention and an end to Thai military aggression against Cambodia, particularly urging respect for the ceasefire and peace agreement in order to achieve peace between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Thailand.
