General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, urged the 18 heroic soldiers to continue working hard to defend the motherland and strengthen internal unity for the national interest when they return to their units.
The general also highlighted the care shown by the King, the Senate, the Royal Government and the RCAF High Command. Referring to the soldiers’ achievements through their efforts in every way for the nation, he urged them to uphold ethical and moral values and avoid boasting that could undermine the dignity demonstrated by their past conduct.
